At Hostliger, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund or cancel a service. Below is our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the cancellation process for our services.

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds Shared Hosting Plans: A full refund is available if a valid and unresolved technical issue is reported within the first 30 days of service activation.

VPS Hosting Plans: A full refund is available for valid and unresolved technical issues reported within the first 7 days of service activation.

Cloud Hosting Plans: A full refund is available for valid and unresolved technical issues reported within the first 15 days of service activation.

Offshore Hosting Plans: A refund is available only in cases of unresolved technical issues reported within 7 days, subject to verification and approval by our technical team.

Dedicated Servers: Not eligible for refunds. Conditions for No Refunds Renewed services are non-refundable as renewals indicate customer satisfaction with the service.

Add-ons and third-party services are non-refundable under any circumstances.If a domain name is registered or transferred for free as part of a package, the standard domain cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel a Service Cancellation requests can be submitted through the Client Dashboard or by opening a ticket with the Billing Department. Two types of cancellations are available: Immediate Cancellation: Service is terminated immediately after approval. Next Due Date Cancellation: Service remains active until the next billing cycle, after which it is terminated. Data Retention After Cancellation Shared Hosting: Data is retained for 7 days after cancellation .VPS/Dedicated Servers: Data is retained for 24 hours after cancellation. Cloud Hosting: Data is retained for 3 days after cancellation. Offshore Hosting: Data is retained for 24 hours after cancellation.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

Hostliger reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of:

Violation of Terms of Service.Engagement in illegal or prohibited activities.

No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to policy violations.

Backup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Hostliger is not liable for data loss due to service suspension or termination.

4. Renewal and Billing Policies

Services must be renewed before their due date. Failure to renew within 24 hours of the due date may result in suspension. Services suspended for non-payment will be terminated after 7 calendar days. Renewals are considered final, and refunds for renewed services will not be issued.5. Chargebacks and Disputes Customers are encouraged to contact Hostliger before initiating a chargeback or dispute. If a chargeback or dispute is raised without prior communication, services will be suspended. Reactivation will require the resolution of the dispute and payment of any outstanding balances.
